RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We hope you love your Balia Living purchase! We’re pleased to offer a refund, exchange, or credit note for returns on all full-priced online orders under the following conditions:
Please email us within seven days to request a return number at: info@balialiving.com.au
Report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns must be initiated within seven days from the date you received your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please take special care when packaging your return to ensure it arrives in its original condition, as specific shipping and packaging requirements must be followed to avoid additional charges.
Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are faulty.
Balia Living reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting it. If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) or issue a credit note. You will receive the credit within the timeframe determined by your card issuer's policies.
Please note that all goods are handcrafted by our talented artisans, and each piece is unique. Variations in natural materials, textures, colors, print placements, or finishes are not considered faulty.
